Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch für einen Stadttrip nach Paris!

Aus den Fenster hat man einen super Ausblick (Champs Elysees, Eiffelturm, Triumphbogen)
Eine Metrostation befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Sauberkeit war für deutsche Verhältnisse akzeptabel. Wobei der Kühlschrank leider
ziemlich gestunken hat. Ausstattung der Küche war aber gut.

Unlike some hotels this apartment is actually on the Champs Élysées and has the view to prove it. The Arc of Triumph, the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame are all visible from the balcony of this large apartment. Perfect for a family or a group of friends this place has a unique address. If you happen to rent the place in July keep in mind the Tour de France’s finish line is right below. Der Gastgeber hat sich selber kurz vorgestellt (sehr nett)

Alles weiter erledigt ein sehr netter und im selben Haus wohnender „Hausmeister“ der
bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zur parat stand.

Wir hatten Problem die Türe zu öffnen, innerhalb einer Minute war Hilfe da!

Eric is a very kind host who is clearly preoccupied by the well-being and comfort of his guests. I was happy to meet him and witness his attentiveness towards his visitors. Making sure that his guests knew how to get to the sites and that everything was clear and taken care of are part of his way of doing things.
