Nice small room with private bath in the seller of a dettached house located in a nice green area of Munich, 20 minutes with the tram from the city centre, the tram is very conveniently located just a few meters way from the house.

Not very big but comfortable. Nice location, not far from the center by tram. Free parking just in front of the appartment. I would reccomend it.
