Welcome to our Apartment completely independent of a room, private bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The location is privileged, on Avenida 23 by the Cinema Riviera in Vedado and a few meters from the corner of 23 and G (Avenida de los Presidentes). Our site is great for hosting students or workers as well as various types of travelers who want or need also to stay for more than a month in the city.
The Space:
It is a very private apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a building dating from the first half of the last century, in very good construction. It has a living-dining room with television and telephone equipment. Kitchen with freezer and microwawe. A room with private bathroom (hot and cold water), air conditioning, fan (very good ventilation and lighting if you prefer), wardrobe and also with T.V. There is a double bed in the room and a personal. In addition to a sofa bed in the living room. So you can stay up to a maximum of 3 people: Whether a solo traveler, couples, families or friends who wish to share the flat.
Guest Access:
We provide bed linen, towels and toilet paper. We offer full house cleaning services and linen change of linen and towels included in the price. The frequency of this service is coordinated with the guest upon arrival (can be every 3 days or more). Guests will have access to the entire Apartment.
Interaction with Guests:
Our guests will be attending by the floor manager or host. You will be given the keys of the Apartment and with them we will give you total privacy but we will also be available if you require it to provide you with necessary information or any technical details in the Apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and central because we are located in the heart of Vedado on the same 23rd Avenue, almost opposite the Riviera cinema. The neighborhood is ideal for connecting with various attractions and in its surroundings you will find many cafés, restaurants and night clubs. Also Banks, ATM and points with WI-FI connection.
Getting Around:
We are 30 minutes from the Airport by car. And just a few minutes walk from the Coppelia ice cream parlor, the Hotel Habana Libre, La Rampa, the Malecon and the University of Havana.
To go to Old Havana and other points of the city you can use the service of shared taxis (old American cars) or make use of the different lines of public buses.
Other Things to Note:
We also rent for more than 1 month of stay, additional people without cost.
