The bathroom wasn't clean. There was dust in the bathroom.
The room did'nt have on TV. It cam lots of cold and wind from the window. In the kitchen there were no pan and almost no material to cook.
It was a "ghost" house.

Very convenient location, as the express train stops at the nearby metro station (3 mins walk), grocery stores are just a few hundred metres away. The central park is just 6 blocks to the south, which is a short walk (about 8-10 mins). The shared bathroom is directly next to the room, the room itself provides enough space and the bed is really comfortable. Staying here is more like living in a shared apartment without much seeing anybody else. If you are looking for a place to "stay WITH someone", this won't suit you. On the other hand, if you prefer being independent or on your own respectively, this is your place. I was very content here and would stay here again.

My sister and I staying in New York for a week. We felt very comfortable with Anuki and in the Blue Room. The kitchen, the bathroom and our room were clean and big enough for the amount of people living there.
The next subway station in only a few walking minutes away, there a shops around the the Central Park is around the corner. The subway ride to the city is easy and quick.
We would always stay there again and suggest it to friends.

The owner was never present. The first day it was her daughter that received us. On last day there was no one to say good bye to us. The money was on the table.

As Marina has a very busy schedule, I saw her only twice - at the beginning for introduction and key delivery and at the end for check-out. She doesn't live in this apartment herself, but her daughter does, so everything was always provided for and you knew that there was someone there if you had needed help, which was good.

Marina and her daughter are very nice and friendly women and it was a pleasure to stay for two weeks in their flat.
