Providing all the amenities, entertainment, and comfort you’d find in your own home – and all of the highest quality; this open plan apartment is perfectly kitted out for everyone from families to business people looking for somewhere to stay, that we can promise will not disappoint. There is also a balcony with seating and table, either just to relax outside, or even eat al fresco.
Outside the bedroom you will find a spacious and comfortable lounge area, with Large Screen TV and sitting area. Couch can be pulled out to a double bed, so this space can easily accommodate 4 people. Coupled with this open plan lounge is a dining area fully set for 4, right next to the thoroughly set-up kitchen area. The kitchen comes complete with everything you’d need; fridge, built in microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hob, oven, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, kitchen cloths and much more. The glistening and polished bathroom offers a bath/shower combo, heated towel rail, towels, electric shaving sockets, and large mirror illuminating the room even more.

**Household consumable may be found in the apartment but the provision is not a requirement to the apartment rental.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of your apartment.


Although there is no on-site parking for the apartment, street parking is available. This is not regulated by Flexiflat however, and will be subject to local parking restrictions.


Please be mindful that you have booked an apartment and not a hotel, meaning you will not find a physical Flexiflat managed concierge/reception onsite. However, not to worry, as Flexiflat is happy to cater to all your front-desk/concierge like services if requested. Flexiflat would be your point of contact for such requests, and will take full care of you during your stay.

*Pets Policy*

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.


In the unlikely event that you have been locked out of your apartment, contact Flexiflat only. Only Flexiflat will be able to assist you, and charges may apply. Lost keys will incur room charges.

*Left Belongings*

Left belongings will be held up to – and no longer than – two weeks after checkout. No claim made within this time period will result in left items being donated to a local charity

*Luggage Storage*

Although our standard contracted check-in/check-out hours are 1600hrs/1200hrs respectively, we understand that this is not always ideal with early arrivals and late departures. However, we will always strive to ensure your comfort, so as an earlier check-in is not usually feasible –owing to the flat not being ready - we can offer 2 solutions.
Firstly, if you contact us when possible to let us know that you will be arriving early, similarly to the instructions explained under “Arrivals sheet”, you will be able to drop off your luggage at 1200hrs. Alternatively, we would recommend using the nearest secure storage facility (most major train stations offer this service).

*Check Out*

Your latest check out time is 1200hrs, and leaving later than this time without prior arrangement with Flexiflat can cause disruptions for the next arriving guests. If you check out later than 1200hrs without discussing with Flexiflat first, you will be charged.


It is forbidden to use our apartments for parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt you are intending to use the apartments for such an event you may be refused entrance. If it is discovered that you are holding such an event after arrival you will be required to leave immediately. In such circumstances, we are not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation. Extra charges may also apply and no paid funds will be returned.

*No. of Occupants*

You are responsible for ensuring that only as many guests stated on your booking confirmation occupy the apartment. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the apartment if we feel this condition is likely to be breached. In this case, no paid funds will be returned.

*Antisocial Behaviour*

Excessive noise, unruly and threatening behaviour and the like which causes inconvenience and discomfort to our other guests, residence and/or staff is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Such behaviour will result in the offending person/s being asked to vacate their apartment and leave the premises and will be charged for their booked stay.

*Utility Controls*

Please do not tamper with any utility controls inside your apartment. Contact Flexiflat if in need of assistance.

*Damages, Breakages or Invasive Cleaning*

Respect, courtesy and dignity are the standards by which guests will be treated by Flexiflat. Unfortunately there are a few who do not treat our staff or property in a similar manner and for those we need these regulations. You are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. You are responsible and liable for any breakages, removal or damages, which you and/or those that accompany you, whether they are staying in our apartment or not, cause to the building, accommodation and its contents. We ask that you report any incidents as they occur without delay.
While we do not normally charge for minor accidental breakages we will charge and debit your card for the full cost of all other breakages, missing items and for the replacement and/ or making good of any damage. We may also make a further charge of £50 should you not report such an occurrence. Additionally there will be a charge from £100 should invasive cleaning for soiled bedding, carpets, furnishings and décor caused by, but not limited to, vomit, food and drink stains, blood and bed wetting. The hotel will also charge in full for any lost room nights resulting from any such damage and incidents mentioned.
The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with, and paid to Flexiflat prior to check out.

*Cancellation and No Shows*

Your booking is under a non-refundable cancellation policy.

Es ist nicht so wie auf den Bildern, Klein und dreckig. Was man dazu sagen sollte das ständig in der Wohnung jemand umher geht, bei dem man nicht weiß wer das ist. Schade hab mehr erwartet (also das, was man auf den Bildern sieht und nicht ein kleines Loch)

Es war lediglich ein kleines Bett und zwei Stühle im Zimmer. Der Zug war so laut, dass ein Durchschlafen unmöglich war In der Früh musste ich über 1 Std warten um ins Gemeinschaftsbad zu kommen Die zweite Nacht verbrachten wir in einem Hotel - nie mehr werde ich mich auf so was einlassen. Wo die Aufnahme von dem Bild gemacht wurde ist mir nicht erklärlich.
