Beautiful apartment with balcony in the Recoleta district, one block from Plaza Vicente Lopez, located on a very quiet street close to shops and restaurants. This unique studio apartment is situated right where the elegant Porteños live. Small restaurants where the locals dine offer authentic Argentine meals that showcase the real Porteño taste.
A mixture between the French, British and Italian influences that Buenos Aires inherited in the early 1900s, this cosmopolitan blends shows up in every trendy shop you find in Recoleta, with upscale shops that cost half the price their competitors in USA, and even less comparing them to shops in Europe. But location is not only about what happens a few blocks around you. This apartment is walking distance from the most renowned and important museums and art centers, as well as unique art galleries and antique shops.
Plaza San Martín, the entrance point to downtown and Plaza de Mayo is only eight blocks away. Recoleta Cemetery is only six blocks away. And our blocks are only 100 meters long, or 333 feet - very easy for you to walk and take in some sightseeing.
The apartment is fully equipped with remote-controlled air conditioner/heater, cable TV, CD player, broadband internet, combination safe, and a landline phone. The kitchenette features a hand blender, coffee maker, toaster, orange juicer, full stand fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board, and a microwave oven with electrical grill. Beautiful bathroom features marble floors, large fluffy towels, bath with Jacuzzi function, and a wall mounted hair dryer. Includes all cutlery and kitchen utensils necessary to set your table and eat and cook as if at home. A Queen-sized bed for two adults and two twin beds (showed as sofa) sleeps 4 total.

The location was great, walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery, stores, buses, and a 15-20 min walk to the Obelisco.
The room was not the one as it appears in the picture, it was outdated, the coffee maker was broken, tea pot rusted, there was a propane smell and sometimes we had issues locking the door. Overall the building was clean and it felt secure. Phone and wifi service were good.
Updating the room and showing exactly what people are getting would be great.
