This luminous studio is situated at a short walking distance of the Avenue de la Grande Armée and the Arc de Triomphe and is situated just next to the Congress center.

The living room has a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed (suitable for a child), a dining table and a flat screen TV. The studio has a separate kitchen and is very well equipped.  The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The studio is located near La Porte Maillot in the 17th district. You will be near the Avenue des Champs Elysées, considered as the most beautiful Avenue of the World. At the top of the avenue you will find the Arc de Triomphe. All the trendy shops are on “the Champs” such as Gap, Sephora, Louis Vuitton. Behind the Avenue, you will discover small and chic streets with very select bars and restaurants.
