This bright and sunny apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 19th century townhouse with a view onto the beautiful garden-like courtyards of Vienna's 3rd district. The newly renovated apartment was designed by Madame Architects. The atmosphere in the apartment is very tranquil and it is ideal for both work and relaxation. The Vienna Prater and the city centre can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. A supermarket is directly opposite and many restaurants are close by.
The apartment features a living room/work space with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is very tranquil and ideal for working and for relaxation. A black-and-white laser printer, powered speakers for mobile phones and laptops, a flat-screen TV and fast Internet are available in the apartment.
Many artists live and work in the local area, where good cafés and restaurants are plentiful. The Danube Canal and the Prater are nearby for jogging, cycling, or simply going for a walk. A supermarket is located directly opposite.
Guests who are interested in cultural activities will find information about current exhibitions in galleries and museums, and we have also prepared a list of our favourite restaurants, bars and shops for our guests. The staff of the art magazine Spike will be happy to give recommendations for cultural events – the Spike office is in the same building, along with an exhibition space for emerging contemporary art.
