The Painters Apartment is set on the ground floor of a late 19th century house, with a small conservatory, which was used to be the painter's room of the owner of the house, and which give direct access to the private garden.
The apartment is sometimes used as a meeting place for artists when it's not rented, so it is a little cluttered with many chairs in the living room and the walls are full of art, which makes for an interesting but unique stay.
If you're looking for modern and minimalist space this is not for you. But if you are not bothered by the full walls and furnishings in this apartment, it is a great option with a nice conservatory, garden and central location. By the way, the owner needs sometimes to access the garden, to water the plants and to go the shed, but she'll ask permission to you before doing it.
This is a nice vacation rental for a couple, with or without a child, individuals or guests on business trips.
Besides the garden, the accommodation offers a double bedroom, an open kitchen and private bathroom. In the case of a third guest an extra single bed will be place in the living room area.
There is a piano in the living room too and you are welcome to play, as long as you know how and won't cause any damages, because the owner practices there often (when there are no guests).
This studio offers a TV/DVD player and free Wi-Fi too, as well as access for disabled guests and wheelchair.
Situated just outside the famous canal belt, you will be within walking distance to the Jordaan Quarter, Museum Square, Vondelpark and Leidseplein.
This apartment requires a security deposit for damages of 100 Euros - to be paid in cash on arrival (refundable on your departure, provided that everything is fine in the apartment, which includes not smoke inside).
