===== Exterior =====
The Versilia is called a strip of land in Tuscany between the sea and the mountains, which runs from Marina di Massa to Viareggio. The lowland is only a few kilometers wide, already some of the cities are higher -As for example Massa - Right after it are the hills, which are overgrown with olives and woods, and then the higher mountains.Hardly any other area can decorate with the fact that you look at the mountains from the beach. Especially these mountains provide inter alia for a pleasant microclimate, which makes the area so popular. The hills above Viareggio were many years ago, first discovered by the Germans themselves. Here a holiday home was bought or rented.This has become common knowledge, today you will find holiday houses all over Versilia.The landscape behind Viareggio is very green, quite, and you drive through olive groves. Among the well-known villages include Pedona, Stiava, Montemagno, Bargecchia and Corsanico - to name a few. Where you can find in each grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Then down in the city everything that a city can offer.In this situation, about 1km from the village is an ancient inhabited town - here in the midst of ancient olive oil mill, a mini hamlet sprang up all of its own - with 4 hectares of land - partly meadows and olive groves.
There are two ways to reach it - from the village on a partly rather steep narrow asphalt road (from the village to the gate 1km maximum) or a larger mountain road that is easier to drive through (3Km to the gate).
The plot stretches down from the Borgo (hamlet) towards the sea. Upstairs there are 3 cottages, 1 caretaker's house and a holiday villa and on the back of the villa is a private apartment of the owner (which is not used at the time of rental).
For 3 apartments, a swimming pool is at disposal (8m-4.5 / 1.20m deep).
The villa has the same parking lot as all other and shared access, but has its own pool with sea views (7 x4m maximum 1.80m deep) located separated from the other units from a wall and a gate. Located on the rear, next to the caretaker apartment (a very likeable couple who can offer different services that we later specify) is a conservatory with dining table and Heating / air-conditioning, where guests can be comfortable even with a non-sunny weather.
===== Interior =====
The Villa Sofia (300 sqm) has a large terrace (with pergola, dining table and sea views) and is protected by an ancient wall.
Under the terrace there is another even more larger terrace with Private Swimming pool (7 x 4m, maximum 1.80 deep) and exit to the olive grove and garden.
Again, you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.
Inside of the villa: entrance hall with stairs, which remains closed and that leads to the apartment of the owners, who are not present when the Villa is rented.
The kitchen is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, 5 burner stove, microwave, oven). Dining room, larger dining room, living room with pellet stove, living room with fireplace and TV.
