80 squaremeters (800 squarefeet) are at your disposal and they are divided into
The large bedroom offers a Kingsize-Doublebed and an additional fold-out bed for two. The smaller bedroom has two single-beds.
In the livingroom there is a couch and two armchairs and another fold-out bed for two. There is a flatscreen-TV with cable and free WLAN throughout the apartment.

The "Augarten" is one of Viennas most beautiful and most quit parks. Ideal for strolling along or have your morning run. The perfect place for having a relaxing day. But there are also restaurants with beautiful gardens and terraces and in the "Augarten" you also find the school of the famous "Viennas Boys Choire".
Directly opposite, with an unobstructed view over the whole park, are our apartments, "Augartenblick" in the second floor, "Oberer Augartenblick" on the third. Central in Vienna and still having a view over trees and lawns, until the giant Ferris-Wheel, which is only 2 kilometers away.
The 20.th district, called "Brigittenau", is located on the small island between the "Danubekanal" and the "Danube" and since centuries, it was one of Viennas most favored districts for living. Not far from the center, but still quiet. Here you find all shopping- and entertainment amenities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs and theaters and it is perfectly connected to the public transport system of Vienna.
Just 200 meters from the apartment is the stop of the tramway lines 31, 33, and 5 and each of these lines takes you in less than 5 minutesto the subways, either U2, U4 or U6. Being on the subway-system means, you reach almost every place in Vienna in under 40 minutes. You reach the famous "St. Stephens Cathedral" in 10 minutes, the "Prater" in 15 and to the "Schönbrunn Castle" it takes you 25 minutes.
