The romantic bedroom has matrimonial bed, en-suite tiled bathroom with bath, WC, bidet, washbasin and private panoramic balcony - terrace (34 m2), independent entrance from the garden, by the terrace.

The genuine breakfast, supplies caffe-latte, tea, coffee, bread, butter and our jam, yogurt with fresh fruit and also homemade biscuits, 'focacce' their fragrance take guests back to old times..
On sunny days breakfast is served in a peaceful and secluded cosy garden, or panoramic terrace, enjoying a lovely view over countryside and the Appennine mountains in the background.

In Olivola - our quiet and small village - there are no shops, but it is a five-minute drive from the village of Serricciolo, where pharmacy, stores, post office, bars, pizzeria/restaurant and some other shops can be found.

Lunigiana region is a beautiful and fascinating part of Tuscany situated to the north of Pisa and bordering Liguria on the coast.
In the surrounding area there are many hidden Medieval towns to visit such as Filetto, Fivizzano, Bagnone, Mulazzo... and Luni the ancient Roman town...
Medieval town with castle as Pontremoli, Fosdinovo, Sarzana, are all close by.
The small town of Equi Terme a designated area of natural beauty surrounded by mountains. With its sulphurous thermal spring waters and underground caves and Le Grottes tours. There is a delightful swimming pool beside the river, good restaurants and a health Spa, the healthy climate and untouched beauty of the surrounding area offer visitors the total immersion in nature. Equi Terme is also famous for the discovery of its palaeolithic findings and for its sulphurous mineral spring water of exceptional medicinal properties, the existence of which was already known in ancient times.
The nearby coast is heavenly, (known as the Gulf of Poets) as Shelly, Lord Byron and d.h. Lawrence all have lived here at some time.
It has opportunities for sailing, canoeing, snorkelling or just relaxing on one of the beaches hidden in craggy bays around Fiascherino or Tellaro.
The easiest way to get around the gulf is by ferryboat, which runs between Lerici, La Spezia and Portovenere or on to the Cinque Terre (five villages strung along terraced cliffs looking out to the sea with the Cinque Terre national park ...
The nearby Versilia coast (Tuscan coast) overflows with sea side charm and the famous sandy beaches of Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.
