t is an apartment of 90 square meters.
It has three bedrooms: one with en suite. The beds are 90 x 190 width and length further with two beds 90 x 190 wide and long . And finally the third with a double bed 150 x 190. Each room has a capacity to accommodate two people. It has two bathrooms with shower and jet tub. There is also a living room with a large sofa bed for two people. The dining table has a capacity to accommodate eight guests . A plasma tv 40 " . The kitchen is fully equipped with oven , induction hob , dishwasher and blender to make baby food and purees for babies . Drip Coffee , water kettle and milk kettle , toaster and microwave .
And a spacious entrance to accommodate luggage .
The whole apartment is outside overlooking the avenue and there throughout the house aluminum windows with double glazed glass , to preserve the rest. There are two devices that provide air acondicioned hot and cold.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN PRICE ( Coffee, tea , toast, jam , butter , fruit juice and biscuits) The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipado.Una once into the floor , just leave the luggage and after 5 minutes walk or you'll be in the center of Palma , or the famous boardwalk Palma.We have also Mallorca´s guides and beach towels at your disposal an apartment for 1 person to 8. There are two bathrooms in the apartment , one en suite, and one opposite the other rooms.We have 20 megs free wifi for our guests. There are also 3 dock -station for iPod , iPad and Android ( the latter only in the living room ) sure you will feel almost like home . Parking service is a foreign service to the property, which must be sued before arrival, and paid the day of the CHECK- IN has an extra cost of 7 euros per day . Once accepted the reservation , they provide all information about arrival to the floor , and the same standards that are mandatory for all guests. An interactive guide to points of tourist interest , with walking routes from home to major attractions in Palma, and will be sent to our customers too.

It is quiet with owners of various nationalities and very friendly place, there is no problem.
The bus line I take you direct from the airport which costs 2.5 euros each way per person. Always arriving aircraft and airport buses if the taxi and the journey costs around 20 euros.
We are located near the center and the most fashionable area that is currently the market of Saint Catherine and La Lonja and just five minutes from the most commercial street Jaime III is the av. Also below is the street next to Paseo Maritimo.We have near the house the only supermarket on the island open 365 days a year with hours open until 2 am, the Mercadona is also only 15 steps and a pharmacy on the corner that opens also Sundays.
No smoking is allowed in any of the flat rooms.
Parties are not allowed in the house.
Turn the light and air conditioning off when your leave the flat. There is not sense of keep it on once you are leaving .
Only people are described in the reserves are allowed to stay in the flat.
Be respectful and careful with all your are enjoying inside the flat.
Please keep in mind that somebody else probably is coming to the flat after you. And if something is broken it has to be repaired as soon as possible. Use the mobile free calls telephone to communicate any problem you could have. Accidents can happen.
You have to respect the rest of the neighbors. After 10pm no loud music is allowed in the flat.
If you breach any of these situations, it may be grounds for expulsion.
For more than 1 person it will be necessary to left a cash security deposit of 50 euros per person, which will be returned on departure after checking that everything is ok.
12 euros will be charged for each house key lost or rooms.
For stays longer than 7 days, there will be a change of sheets and towels in the middle of the day. Be agreed day and time to perform this task on the host entry.
An agreement document about the starting flat´s conditions will be required to be signed by the tenants during the check-in process.

Das Appartment ist genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet!. Sehr sauber und hat Alles was man braucht. Handtücher für den Strand sind sogar.auch vorhanden. ich finde es liegt sehr zentral, ca.10 min in die City, nach St.Catalina, Paseo Maritimo. Die BUshaltestellen Richtung Flughafen oder zu den Stränden (Mayor und Ilettes) sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
Wir haben zu fünft dort gewohnt und hatten Alle genug Platz!
Wenn das Appartement noch einen Balkon hätte wäre es absolut perfekt :)

Eine sehr schöne neu ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial die Altstadt und der Hafen von Palma sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Markthalle und die Restaurants des Stadtviertel Santa Catalina sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock, das Haus hat aber einen Aufzug.

Die Kommunikation per Mail und Chat mit Mayka war sehr gut.
Die Übergabe der Wohnung mit Feli hat auch wunderbar geklappt.

Wir haben die Gastgeberin nicht angetroffen dafür hat uns Ihre Tante ,die im gleichen Haus wohnt empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Sie war sehr nett und die Übergabe der Wohnung lief unkompliziert.Am Abflugstag konnten wir sogar unser Gepäck bis zum Abend in der Wohnung lassen.

She was very nice; when we arrived she was in the house and gave us all the instructions for the apartment, a lot of maps to go around and a typical cake of Palma. I really recommend her apartment!
