A beautiful oceanfront condo in a low-rise building in Miramar, Havana's premiere residential suburb just a short ride from Vedado & Old Havana. Walking distance to hotels, great restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. You can swim in the morning in front of the condo and sip a mojito from the veranda while watching the sunset over the sea in the afternoon. We also offer a full breakfast daily of fresh fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, juice, toast & coffee.

This apartment is literally 100 yards from the Ocean with panoramic views from the lounge and bedrooms. It occupies the entire first floor facing the ocean of a low-rise building in Miramar, Havana's premiere coastal neighborhood. It was recently completely renovated with polished granite floors and upgrades to the kitchen, bathroom and bedro

Interaction with guests

The condo is being rented as a complete and private home. It comes with the use of a local cell phone and landline, and if desired, it's own caretakers - Maria & Cesar, Marilyng's aunt & uncle - as well as a covered secure parking space. Maria & Cesar are available to clean, prepare and serve breakfast, change and wash towels and bedding, assist with grocery shopping, make recommendations and help with transportation. If complete privacy is preferred, Maria and Cesar will only conduct check-in & check-out and otherwise will not show up at the home.
