It was disappointing that we had to call the agency to ask the whereabouts of the staff member we had been told would meet us on arrival and then we had to wait further while the apartment was cleaned from a previous occupancy. However, we found the location of the apartment very convenient and the area full of interest and entertainment. A few more basics in the kitchen pantry besides some salt would have been appreciated but appliances were all in good working order. The bed was extremely comfortable but the gate-leg table was broken...care had to be taken at mealtimes. While the bathroom was very tiny, the hot water was plentiful. Perhaps HFH could consider supplying a better quality soap. The two slivers left for us were rather sad. The toilet was diffuclt to flush and the bathroom power point could not sustain more than a 30 second use of the hairdryer. While the criticisms are minor they could be remedied so easily making a stay in this apartment memorable rather than mediocre.
