This comfortable, semi-detached house is the perfect sunny retreat for up to 6 sun-loving holidaymakers wishing to explore the Andalusia region of Spain while maintaining their own private sanctuary.

The lounge is perfect for relaxing. Sink into the comfortable sofas and enjoy one of the great amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Hi-Fi.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside on the furnished balcony.

You are guaranteed a restful night’s sleep in one of the three bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds is found on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One features two single beds while the third bedroom sports one double bed. Two spotless bathrooms are available for freshening up in. One boasts a shower and WC while the other has a bathtub and WC.

In addition to these great amenities, the home also features access to three amazing swimming pools. One of these complex pools is indoors. The other two are outdoors. There is also a balcony off of the master bedroom, perfect for taking advantage of Vera’s sunny climate.

Air conditioning will keep you comfortable year-round. A washing machine, dryer and ironing center are provided.

End cleaning, tourist tax, linen and towels are all included. A refundable secuirty deposit of 100 euros should be transferred to the owner before arrival.

One designated parking space is provided. Smoking is permitted outside only and pets are not welcome.
