This spacious Studio just outside of the center of Amsterdam is perfect for a group of friends or a family who want to spend some time in Amsterdam. Stores and small shops can be found in the same area and the city center is just 20 minutes away by public transport.
With one bedroom and bathroom with two single beds and two single sofa beds a maximum of four persons can stay in this Studio. The bathroom is equipped with a separate bathtub and shower.
Please note the following house rules:
- Respect the neighbors. Please be quiet between 22:00 - 10:00 hours.
- Don't throw things out of the windows.
- Dont break or damage anything in the apartment. If we find anything that's broken during the inspection, we unfortunately have to charge it from the security deposit.
- Please try to keep the apartment as clean as possible to prevent the building.
- The property is a studio which means that 1 bathroom is shared and there is no kitchen available, only a microwave and a hotplate are available
Please note the following Check-in conditions:
-Normal Check-in from 15:00-18:00
-Late check-in from 18:00-22:00 is €30;
-Late check-in after 22:00 is €50;
-Early check in from 10:00-15:00 is €30. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
Please note the following Check-out conditions:
-Normal check-out time: 10:00-11:00.
-Early check-out before 10:00, the deposit will be only refunded by bank transfer or PayPal transfer if the deposit is paid by cash or debit card on arrival.
-Late check-out after 11:00 is €50. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

The host was truly irresponsible on her work as she did not hesitate to advise us that we had been assigned another 2 new apartments which then separated us. Truly ruined our holiday.

We didn't meet our host.
Tried contacting him\her a few times before the trip but the only response was from a company named "reservationcare.com" that i imagine handle these apartments.
When we(7 people) landed there was an email waiting for us from "reservationcare.com" that we were moved to 2 other apartments on the other side of town, far away from all our plans with no heat and no hot water.
After fighting on the phone for our apt with "reservationcare.com" on the second day, we were moved. the apartment we then got was close to the apartment we rented but definitely not the one we ordered.
We got an underground apt not the entire place.
In the new apt there was room for everyone so we stopped dealing with this whole mess and just tried to have fun with our trip.
Very disappointed. will not book again with "Evy" or 9flats.
