.... korrekt laufen konnte.

Directly with our arrival we complain that the rooms were too hot. We talked by mobile to the owner (not centraleurope apartment) He offered us an alternative: a room in a community where three other people were living. We denied to accept it and asekd for thermostates. He promised us a solution until 12 am the next day but nothing happened.
So we sent our complain to 9flats together with pictures approving the truth of our critics. Central Europe Apartments were answering and argueing with false pretences and affronts, and not any real proposal for a solution.
At least the 20%-refund of the price (555 € for 4 nights and 2 guests) was not an accepted compromise. In the view of Central Europe Apartment it was an "undemocrratic decision". If two of three partners came to the same conclusion how it can be undemocratic? Funny world they are living in. L´état c´ést moi?
