Strict cancellation policy:

• A non-refundable cancellation fee of 15% is always charged

• If there are more than 7 full days between the cancellation and the arrival day then 50% of the costs for all booked nights will be refunded (deducting the cancellation fee of 15 %)

• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date then there will be no refund

• The payment to the host is made on the following business day after schedule check-in

• 9flats must be informed as soon as possible of potential complaints

• The cleaning fee will be refunded if the guest hasn’t checked in

• Voucher codes and credits are not refundable

• In case a booking is cancelled that was paid with Bitcoins then the exchange rate on the day of the booking will be applicable. Bitcoins are converted into Euros on the day of the booking. The guest assumes responsibility for the chances and risks related with the currency conversion

• A booking is only officially cancelled after a cancellation confirmation has been received via e-mail
