Villas Arbia - Deluxe Apartment 5*

Villas Arbia are located next to the sea, only 30 m away from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the old town of Rab and its four magnificent bell towers. The Villas were built during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and they were furnished with pieces in the Art Nouveau style. They are only a 15-minute stroll along the promenade away from the old town centre.

Villas Arbia offer accommodation in Villas Rio & Magdalena which have double and quadruple rooms***, and in Villa Margita which has (studio) apartments****. The newest addition to our offer are two luxuriously decorated apartments***** in the Deluxe part of Villa Margita.

Villas Arbia offer the following accommodation units:

7 double rooms with possibility to add extra beds
4 quadruple rooms (2 bedrooms)
Each of the rooms includes a private bathroom, SAT TV, refrigerator, and air-conditioning.

2. (Studio) apartments**** in Villa Margita:
1 x Premium Apartment with Terrace and Sea View (max. 2 adults + 2 children)
6 x Superior Studio Apartment (max. 2 adults+ 1 children)
Each of the (studio) apartments includes a private bathroom, kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes), SAT TV and air-conditioning.

3. Apartments***** in Villa Margita Deluxe:
2 x Deluxe Apartment „Sv. Marin“ ili „Arbia“ (max. 4 adults)
Each of the apartments includes a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a separate toilet room, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes), a living room and a bedroom with SAT TV and air-conditioning.

Bed linen, towels, hygienic products, as well as daily and final cleaning services are free of charge.
