It is a comfortable, bright and cozy apartment, fully furnished and equipped, with 5 outdoor balconies were you can comtemplate the Arenal street from the Puerta del Sol to the Opera of Madrid, which retain unique features of the traditional architecture of the building are contemplated. The apartment has:
One bedroom with Queen bed, wardrobes and a lovely balcony facing the bed that floods the room with light and provides spectacular views of downtown awakening.
The bathroom, fully renovated and modern, has a large shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking (pans, pots, cutlery, etc.) The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher and microwave. All in perfect condition.
The living room has a nice leather sofa and features a flat screen TV and stereo. All it bathed by windows with balcony, offering beautiful views of downtown Madrid. The stay is completed by a small dining table near the kitchen, to enjoy pleasant evenings in the apartment.
The district of Sol is probably the most visited of Madrid. The area that surrounds the Puerta del Sol is the biggest attraction for tourists who come to visit Madrid and the very center of the city. It is also one of the main shopping areas and in the bars , terraces reeds and soft drinks are continuous without stop. It is home of the bear and the tree, symbol of the capital.
Although it's not a neighborhood itself, Sol is the very center of Madrid and Puerta del Sol is the Kilometer Zero of all roads in Spain. It is the meeting place for locals and tourists because of its location and the connection between different means of public transport. The oldest building is the Casa de Correos, current seat of the Presidency of the Community of Madrid, and its clock tower against which every New Year's Eve hundreds of people gather to welcome the new year with 12 strokes. In this central square also lead some of the most important streets of the city as the main street, the Alcalá, Carretas, Arenal and Carrera de San Jeronimo, among others.
It is also called the Barrio de Las Letras because it has great theatrical activity and because its streets are called by great writers of the Golden Age, Cervantes, Lope de Vega, Quevedo and Góngora who lived on these streets in the seventeenth century. It is an emblematic area of Madrid culture.

From the airport we offer our customers private transfer service on request (fee). Approximate arrival time: 20 minutes.
If you prefer to access the very public transportation, the shortest route is as follows:
Madrid Airport - Opera: Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, we make transfer to line 10 to Alonso Martínez and perform other transfer to line 5 to the station Opera. Then walk 50 meters to the apartment. Approximate journey time: 40 - 45 minutes
Atocha train station - Vodafone Sol: Line 1 to Vodafone Sol then walk 100 meters to the apartment. Approximate journey time: 12 minutes.

It is vital for us that your stay is as pleasant as possible and we are always available during office hours from 10.00h to 20.00h and 24-hours for any emergency.
We appreciate you to be careful with the rest of the neighbors past 22.00h. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or organizing parties in it. Pets are allowed on request.
