Die Lage der komfortablen Wohnung in einem gepflegten Haus ist ausgezeichnet. Der Service war sehr gut.
Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, wäre es das Vorhangsystem, das fragil ist und nicht zu überzeugen vermag.

Der Eigentümer rief mich persönlich aus Uebersee an, um mir zu versichern, dass ein bei Bezug bestehender (kleiner) Mangel unverzüglich behoben wird.
Mich hat auch beeindruckt, dass sich die Agentur am Tag nach Wohnungsbezug telefonisch erkundigt hat, ob alles i.O. sei.
