This marvellous 120 square meters artist loft is located a few minutes walk from Bocconi University, 15 mins walk from the Duomo and few tram stops from the Navigli area, which is one of the most pictoresque and animated areas of Milan.
The loft is located inside an historic courtyard so there is no street noise whatsoever.
The flat has two large windows for natural light and 2 huge 600w ceiling lamps to provide plenty of illumination. Five additional halogen lamps are distributed throughout the ground floor. As you can see through the pictures, there is a ground area which includes a living room with 42" flat screen TV with Sky Satellite TV (including international channels), a home theatre with surround audio system, an apple TV device + kitchen with American fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
A red staircase leads you to 2 elevated rooms, separated and independent, with 2 king size beds and independent A/C. One of the bedroom has an ensuite shower (the other shower + Wc are in the restroom on the ground floor). The whole flat is Air Conditioned (ground floor and rooms). The owner (Max) has travelled extensively, therefore the whole furniture reflects it with an unique design touch.
For romantic lovers or morning runners, the Parco Ravizza is located just a few steps away.
Bocconi University and IED are just 5 minutes walk. Duomo square is 15 minutes walk (or 3 metro stops).
There is an array of good restaurants within waking distance (reservations required!): Don Juan (arguably the best Argentinian restaurant in Milan), Trattoria del Pescatore (wonderful fish restaurant), Finger's (for uber cool ambiance and creative Japanese cuisine), Osteria dell'Oca Giuliva (an Italian classic), Antica Pizzeria Fiorentina (for the best deep pizza slice in the city) and Brickoven Pizzeria & Steakhouse (for a fantastic thin crust pizza). Pasticceria e Confetteria Massimo (for excellent freshly made pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice and cappuccinos) and El Buscia (winery specialised in champagne) are just around the corner. If you prefer a glass of wine (with available finger food) Vinodromo is located in via Salasco 21 (2 mins walk from Loft). Last but not least, Refeel Café for one of the best aperitivo spots in town.
You can easily access the Navigli area for further restaurant/aperitivo options by foot or by tram.
Closest supermarket is PAM, viale Sabotino 6 (about 5 minutes walk from Loft), open daily 8-21 (sunday 9-20).
The flat is well connected with public transportations (closest underground stations are Crocetta and Porta Romana, Yellow Linea 3, closest superficial tranports are tram nr 9 and nr 24) and then to Malpensa, Orio al Serio and Linate thanks to the airport shuttle (best way is to get to main train station Centrale, and from there 6 or 7 stops on yellow Linea 3).
In the neighborhood (via Vittadini) there is a security monitored parking lot (charges apply - 24 euros a day).
Close to the loft there is a station of the public city service of bike-sharing - see BikeMi website for instructions.
