Our host was flexible in terms of organising check-in time - even though it was the holiday period. Alessandra was helpful showing us around and popped back (by arrangement) too to check everything was OK. Apologies for the late review but I and we were both very happy with the service provided.

The flat was already booked. 4 days before arrival I phoned and got this news. 9flat gave us another apartment for the same prize. We'd booked one with 3 bedrooms and the one we got had only 2 bedrooms. It would have been more as accomodating reduce the prize. When we would have cancelled the flat 4 days before arrival we would have payed the whole prize...

Our hostess was what we were looking for: nice, friendly, punctual, practical-minded - and not too intrusive. Many thanks to her!
