This bespoke 2-bedroom 2-bath high bank vacation home has it all! Architecturally designed, every room offers magnificent views of Silver Lake The 1st floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-queen bed and one full bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes 1-queen size bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes...in the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, their is a full length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ...all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! This vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY).The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder!This vacation home received the 2014 Best Residential Wood Design Award...presented annually by the Canadian Wood Council. Congratulations to owners Dave and Dana!!PLEASE NOTE: This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road that is not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances that are beyond our control.Upon procuring a reservation, Guest hereby acknowledges that An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property, and that for regular reservations, the remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest’s scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on the scheduled due-date, and that for holiday reservations commencing on December 15th through January 4th, the remaining balance is due-in-full and automatically debited to our Guest’s credit/debit card on December 1st. For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same as the credit/debit card holder, and that this person is considered to be the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental occasion are considered to be the Guest’s invitees, and all discussion regarding reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest’s invitees.Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. If cancellation is received 21 days or longer prior to arrival we will gladly refund your Reservation Payment, less the Cities Reference Service Fee charged at the time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $65 or 8% (whichever is greater). 20 through 15 days will forfeit 50% of the Reservation Payment, plus the Cities Reference Service Fee charged at the time of booking, unless the home(s) can be re-rented, then only the Cities Reference Service Fee charged at the time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $65 or 8% (whichever is greater) will apply. If cancelled 14 days or less you will forfeit full payment unless home(s) can be re-rented.After making your reservation, please contact us to fill out our online agreement form and submit it to us. We must receive this agreement form in order to complete your reservation.Guests check in at our office in Maple Falls to pick up keys, and we are available 7 days a week if guests have needs or concerns.No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.All properties are non-smoking.All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without noticeUpon placing a reservation, Guests are sent via e-mail (hard copy is available upon request) a Confirmation Document that includes an attached file in PDF format with directions to our office, directions to the vacation property, the emergency after-hours telephone number to our office, the telephone number to the vacation property, the gate access code (if the vacation property is located in one of the gated communities… except Snowater), check-out procedures, our Pet Policy (if the vacation property is pet friendly), community rules and regulations, and other important information. You’ll want to forward this information to all members of your party that may be arriving separately. DON’T LOSE THESE ITEMS! Upon arrival at our office, we can distribute a maximum of 2-sets of keys (and gate passes, if applicable) for each property. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.
