Set in Dalaman, near the Turkish Aegean Coast, this luminous apartment enjoys its position on the third and top floor of a small residential complex, overlooking the sparkling pool and fenced garden. The building boasts grassed areas and paved paths, and is a 15-minute drive from Sarigerme beach and 20 minutes from Sarsala beach.

The front door opens on to a hallway with bedrooms and bathrooms on the left and far end. The open-plan hallway leads to the kitchen/dining area. The lounge boasts modern lighting and has a cabinet with china bells inside, next to the TV stand. The TV is used for playing DVDs and there are some books, DVDs and games in the lounge.

Enjoy air-conditioned bliss and a washing machine, and cook up a feast for the family in the fully-equipped kitchen, boasting an oven, dishwasher, toaster and more. The dining area seats 4.

Sleeping arrangements include a Master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite with a shower and WC, a twin bedroom and one fitted with a single bed. The two sofas in the living room convert into beds and the main bathroom has a shower and WC.

The apartment boasts balconies at the front and side, with sun loungers and an outside table and chairs plus a barbecue. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is available in the summer months.

End cleaning, linen, and towels are all included in the rental price. The pool is available from May to October.

A car is essential and there is private parking is available nearby, smoking is allowed outside only and pets are not welcome.
