Internet Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, cooking stove, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, shower, bathtub and bidet, books, local guides, maps, sheets and towels, bath soap and shampoo included.
We will prepare the house clean for you and cleaning is included in you daily rate.
The breakfast is included and we offer you: instant coffee or moka with cream, tea, melba toast, nut cream, jam, orange juice, milk, fresh fruits.
A bottle of water is included for every night.
The entire apartment is availble just for you except the staff room near the kitchen.
When you will arrive we will deliver you the house and room keys so you will be able to access the flat whenever you want.

Apartment is a first floor private apartment in a recently renovated building very well located in the pulsing hearth of the old city, in the centre of the third neighborhood of Palermo: "Oreto-Stazione".
Today the neighborhood is popular with students due to its proximity with both the university town of Palermo that the Policlinico of Palermo.
The proximity to the Central Station , the historic center and the predominantly residential character of the area , make this residence the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable vacation for those who want to discover the true essence of Palermo not only historical and monumental but also Palermo today, with its increasingly attractive aspects of the food, the welcome and hospitality as well as the convenience of shopping of all kinds!
B&Bruno is very close to public services , not least the connection to the airport of Palermo Underground service (6 minutes walk from the house).
From our apartment you will be able to explore the historical center by walking and take a bus to reach the beach (which works well in time) or the train to reach the surrounding area.
We always give to our guests indications about how to reach our apartment.

How to get to the apartment from Palermo Airport:
BY Undergroud:departures are evry 20-40 minutes. Get off at the "Policlinico-Vespri" stop (journey time: 50 minutes, single ticket € 5,80). Then walk for about 6 minutes.
By bus: departures are every 30 minutes (on the hour and on the half hour). Get off at the last stop, "Palermo Centrale" (journey time: 50 minutes, single ticket € 6,30, return ticket € 11,00), then walk for about 13 minutes.
By taxi: we have arranged transfers with our driver waiting for you at airport arrivals, holding a sign with your name on (journey time: around 30 minutes, price € 40,00, up to four people).
How to get to the apartment from Palermo Central Railway Station:
By foot: walk through Via Oreto until you reach Via Mendola on your right (450m) . Take Via Mendola until Via Antonio Marinuzzi (100 m). 50m on the right there is the apartment. (journey time 10 minutes)
By bus: take on the bus line 246 and take off at bus stop "Marinuzzi-Palermo". The apartment is located about 100m from the bus stop.
How to get to the apartment from Palermo Port:
Take a taxi from the area inside the port as the road to the apartment is very busy and not suitable for walking (price of the taxi journey around €10,00)
The location is great, surrounded by old lanes, churches, supermarkets , craft shops , pharmacies , market town, leather workers, weavers, jewelers and a vintage clothing and accessory shop, markets, as well as restaurants, cafes, bars and night life all only 15 minutes away in all directions!
Most important attractions are within walking distance: Capo Market, Ballarò Market, Vucciria Market, Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, Norman Palace, the "4 Canti", Politeama square, Zisa's Castle, the botanical garden and other...
"Ballarò Market is the oldest markets in the city, attended by hundreds of people, animated by so-called "abbanniate", that is, by loud cries of vendors who, with their distinctive and colorful local accent, trying to attract the interest of passers-by. It looks like a cluster of stalls thronged with the road and invaded by wooden boxes containing merchandise that is constantly screaming, abbanniata, chanted to advertise the good quality and good price products. Ballarò is a market used mainly to the sale of fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, but there are also articles of domestic use for cooking and cleaning the house, as in the markets of the "Capo" and "Vucciria"
