Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom townhouse, with a studio semi- detached (3rd bedroom, with separate entrance). The rooms are spacious rooms and there is AC through out the house. There is a dedicated Wi Fi service. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - stove, fridge, dinning ware, small appliances.

Near the entrance , there is a powder room for guest convenience.

There is an open dinning room - living room plan . The dinning and living room have air conditioning, as well as a ceiling fan. The living room opens onto a private patio, relax or dine outdoors. All doors have burglar bars and insect screens.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms have high ceilings, built in cupboards, and each one opens onto a small private balcony. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and leads into the bathroom. Here, there is a private sink , and an extra small walk in closet/dressing room for guests in this room . There is a shared bathroom - shower and bathtub. There is another a private sink for guests of the 2nd bedroom, next to the shared bathroom. The lay out can be described as two private sinks, with a shared bathroom in between.The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed.

Just off a small courtyard in front of the townhouse, semi - detached, is a studio, the third bedroom, with it's own separate entrance. Which is our multi - purpose space, can be used as a guest room/laundry . There is a full size bed , and full bathroom (shower), and could be used for an extra guest. There is a washing machine and dryer. Plenty of room for surfboards.

Located near the Maxwell Coast road, between Oistins to the east ( think Fish Fry Friday) and St. Lawrence Gap to the west ( think restaurants, beaches and shops), there is easy access to all the attractions, we are minutes away.

We are within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware and sundries store. Fifteen minute drive from the airport.

Dedicated parking spaces. Well established neighborhood. Landscaped surroundings.

The nearest beach is Dover beach ~ 2 km, the nearest surfing beach is 9 km to our east, Long Beach.
The nearest bus stop 500 m, and Maxwell Coast road is 1.5 km away. The main highway is easily assessed.
We are between Oistins (think Friday fish fry is 3 km away east, and St. Lawrence Gap is 3 Km away west (think beaches, restaurants, shops, and nightlife). Kensington Oval is 9.5 km. Bridgetown is 7 km away. US Embassy - 3km away.
