In the event of over booking ( not later than 3 days before check in), we will provide the guest alternative
accommodation of equal or better standard, and in reasonable distance from the original property ,
provide complimentary transport to and from alternative accommodation. There shall be no difference
in room rate above the net rate agreed of the time of booking.
In the event of failure to satisfactory resolve this issue, we shall refund received payment in full at soonest.
