Welcome to this beautifully modern and clean apartment on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained building. The 60m2 flat is located in a residential area of Les Corts, minutes from the world-renowned Barcelona fútbol stadium, Camp Nou, as well as conveniently situated near the Sants Estació train station – directly connecting you to Madrid on the AVE (the high-speed train).
From the ground floor, the elevator provides private access to the home, greeting you into the wide-open kitchen, which is modern and equipped with microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, water kettle, and toaster – all that you’ll need to feel right at home.
To the left is the living area, ready for you to settle in on incredibly spacious contemporary seating in front of the large HDTV and CD/MP3 player. A separate door on the opposite side of the entertainment center opens to the stairwell in case you need to work off some energy!
Further beyond used to be an outdoor space but now functions well as the dining area with seating for 4. A row of windows stretch across the exterior wall. Here you’ll find a workspace that can be lowered for additional space and a click-clack sofa bed suitable for 1.
Back through to the other side of the flat is the bedroom with a 150cm double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a huge window looking out to the private terrace. The shower room is across the hall with basin, toilet, and window for natural light and fresh air.
The 37m2 terrace is the star of the show with brand new deck furniture and 2 areas to take advantage of Barcelona’s typical mild weather: a cozy lounge area at the back of the flat and a dining area with plenty of seating for meals al fresco. Don’t worry if there’s too much sun! There are 2 retractable awnings to keep you cool and protected. A utility room provides a washer and dryer.
Plenty of natural light and warm laminate floors run through the flat along with central heat and air to keep you comfortable.
Linen, towels, and toilet paper are prepared before your arrival. Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.

Les Corts is an important financial district with lots of quality hotels and restaurants. Close to Camp Nou, a large shopping mall (L’Illa), and Plaça Espanya and Montjuïc (15 minutes walking). There are 2 charming plazas nearby – Plaça de la Concòrdia and Plaça de Comas. Known to local residents, they are perfect places to relax in the sun while enjoying fare from a selection of eateries, a live music venue, and the monthly artisanal fair. And don’t miss the best Thai restaurant in the city, Bangkok Café, all within 7 minutes from the flat!
The closest metro (Plaça del Centre, L3) is only 4 minutes away and gets you quickly to Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, and Passeig de Gracia, the main shopping boulevard.

We ask that you call 30 minutes before you would expect to arrive at the apartment. Any delay over 45 minutes will be charged at 15 euro per half hour after the agreed upon time.
Please note that there is a 5-night minimum stay during the Christmas/NYE holidays and MWC.

Parties are NOT allowed. We reserve the right to keep the deposit in case of complaints from the neighbors, smell of smoke, or damage.
The flat is located in a quiet, residential building. We will expect that you conduct yourself in an appropriate manner anywhere on the premises, including when it comes to making noise (especially late at night) and keeping the common areas clean.
Please clean any dirty dishes and dispose of all trash as you leave.
