Quirky Old Lisbon 2Bedroom Apart #5
Apartment, Entire place - Lisboa, Portugal
Let's get this straight: these aren't your ordinary sort of apartments. They're extravagantly decorated, they're quirky and they are definitely unique and fun. The building has 6 apartments each with its vintage nuances and flea market oriented furniture and fittings set within an old, yet renovated, building.
It is definitely off-the-beaten track.
If that's your sort of thing we can guarantee that these apartments are one-of-a-kind!
Each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms - one of which has a dressing area - and a kitchen fit for all your basic needs.
All apartments have access to free wifi, cable television, a common laundry and ironing room and are accessed by an unique code provided to you at check in. Also, there is a 24 hour direct dial point in case of emergency for your safety and comfort.
I will be checking you in and welcoming you to the apartments and Lisbon in general!
My office is at the ground floor of the Old Lisbon Apartments building and I’m happy to help you plan your stay and assist you with all your needs.
The Santos-o-Velho neighborhood is one of the oldest and most typical Lisbon hideouts. Although the Old Lisbon Apartments are set in a quiet area you are just a few minutes away from great restaurants and bars.
Two of the most visited museums in Portugal are walking distance from the apartments: the National Museum of Ancient Art - with its stunning views of the river estuary - and the Orient Museum.
If you choose to walk around you are remarkably close to most of this city's points of interest. A 15 minute walk will get you to Bairro Alto; a further 5 minutes away you can find Chiado and Príncipe Real.
Come and Go
The #15 tram will take you to Belém and the #25 will get you to Praça do Comércio / Terreiro do Paço - from where you can explore the Castle of St George- or you can also pick the hop-on hop-off historic 7 hill tram that will help you explore most of the Old Town's favorite haunts.
As an easy going host, I don't have many rules. All I ask is that you treat the flat as if it were your own. We want you to have a good time in Lisbon and if you need any help we're available and as such there is only one rule: please leave the flat as you found it!
