Our semi-detached house "Islaverde" is located in Alicante, on the beach of San Juan and close to Albufereta. The house is very spacious and bright; has 280 meters useful with 5 bedrooms and garage included in the same household; fully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay as it has been our primary residence. It has air conditioning / central heating in the house which makes it especially comfortable.
The house is directly across from the facilities of golf 18 holes "Alicante Golf". Approximately 5 minutes walk away are the shops in the area (supermarkets, bakers, greengrocers, hairdressers, shops, etc.) and the leisure (bars, restaurants). It is the best neighborhood to live in Alicante, close to everything and natural areas. With Tram stop (tram) opposite the house, which takes you straight into 5 mts. the center of Alicante or to coastal cities like Benidorm, Altea and Denia.
It is near the Roman archeological site Lucentum. Very close to three beautiful beaches of fine white sand: a 10 minute walk from the beach Albufereta; 12 mts. walk from the beach trap, small and with very beautiful sunsets sun; and 5 mts. drive (or a few minutes if you take the tram) from Playa de San Juan, sandy beach seven kilometers long.
The accommodation and services.
Our house is a semi-detached house in a residential complex. Ours corner, which gives you absolute privacy and comfort; very nice private garden and a nice spacious porch. It is located within a residential community with gardens, recreational area and swimming pool for adults and children, it is fenced for child safety. The house has three floors plus a basement garage in the house itself. It is very spacious and sunny.
Downstairs: is the entrance, toilet, kitchen, office, and large living room from where you enter the front porch and garden to enjoy a nice evening with garden views. The porch is equipped with table and chairs for dining pleasantly enjoying the outdoors, and has hammock in the garden to relax. It also has a rear porch.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms with private terraces and beautiful views. The master bedroom with full bath and bed of 150 cm .; another double bedroom with two beds of 90 cm .; and two singles, one as a living room with sofa bed 1
20 cm. and the other with bed 90 cm .; plus another bathroom. Each room has large wardrobes, even in master bath; linens and towels.
On the second floor: attic would-bedroom, 25 mtrs. with bed 150 cm, with exterior windows to contemplate excellent views and also skylight.; and a small studio with two comfortable armchairs and sofa read double bed.
Basement: garage in the house itself, very convenient in the high season where it costs more to get parking.
It is fully equipped to move:

- Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils from home: microwave, oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kitchen (toaster, blender, iron electric grill, coffee maker Nespresso capsules and coffee by drip, sandwich maker, juicer, crockery and various kitchen utensils, etc ..)
- TV and DVD in the lounge.
- The garden is watered only and is controlled by an automatic sprinkler and drip.

On arrival you will be greeted personally. We expect guests in our house, we give them the keys and explained everything about the functioning of the house and location of objects. We give some leaves with the instructions of the house (appliances, etc.) and services the surrounding area, as the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, etc. I also give you some tourist information, tips and other information of interest in the area. The property is located in one of the developments surrounding the golf course "Alicante Golf". It is a quiet area close to the beach and surrounded by gardens. It has broad avenues to walk and enjoy bike rides.
The neighborhood consists of families who love tranquility and leisure. Alicante has an excellent climate (average temperature of 18 ° C) and the area where the house is located invites long walks through its broad avenues, on the beach; water sports, golf, cycling or doing any kind of outdoor activity. Close by is the beach walk Albufereta; and we can also enjoy other beach places like Cabo de Huertas, with numerous coves protected area, some naturalists; you also have the Playa de San Juan and Muchavista.
Disponéis a nearby marina, near the Playa de la Albufereta, is the Yacht Club Costa Blanca, where you can perform various water activities such as fishing, sailing, rowing, diving and walks around the bay.
If you like golf, you have got two very nearby golf courses: Alicante-golf with 18 holes and Alicante Golf Bonalba in Muchamiel, about 10 km.
Near the house you have a shopping center, 5 mts walk, called Torre-golf with cafes and restaurants, and just opposite the post office is located. In this avenue are many shopping and various facilities that will make your stay easy. Next to the Sports Centre Arena you will find another mall lively entertainment with bars and restaurants.
Very close to the house disponéis all necessary services for your stay:
- Several supermarkets: 5 mts. You walk from the house disponéis supermarkets like Aldi, two of Mercadona, Lidl and 10 mts. supercor walk the English Court; 20 mts. the Consum supermarket. Also offers on small businesses around like greengrocers, bakers, butchers, etc. Twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, you have a local fruit and vegetable market. The ave. Miriam Blasco find pharmacies, press, bakery, bank offices, bars and restaurants.
- Sports centers: a 10 mts. walk you will have two sports complexes, one the Arena Alicante, where you can perform a multitude of sports and Wellness-spa area with massage; and another, the sports center of Club Montemar, another resort with plenty of activities with many tennis and paddle tennis. In Playa de San Juan there are also beach volleyball courts and water sports plus games for children. If you want to relax you can enjoy a spa session at the Husa hotel chain which is just opposite the sports center Arena Alicante.
The connections are excellent because you meet a passage of two tram (Tram) that you approach the center of Alicante in 5 minutes.
You have a Tram stop at Avenida Miriam Blasco, a 5m. walk from the house, is the L4 line that takes you to Alicante and to Playa de San Juan. Another stop, called Lucentum, collects the L1 and L3 lines, which will lead to Alicante and other areas
the coast as Campello, Benidorm, Altea. The initial stop is at Plaza Luceros (Alicante) about 150 meters from the railway RENFE TRAIN (Square Luceros can be seen off train station, opposite). To go to the house from Alicante you can take:
1) TRAM LINES 1 and 3: Square Luceros direction Benidorm. Get off at stop Lucentum.
2) TRAM LINE 4: Stop off at Miriam Blasco, 100 meters from home.

The airport is located about 20 kilometers very well interconnected with bus lines C-6 that bring us to the bus terminal, with travel and stop at various points in Alicante capital. Then to get home you have the options explained tram (Line 1, 3 and 4) and bus (line 9 closest).
The access from the highway and motorway are very close, which makes travel through the province. At the airport you arrive in 20 minutes. And other towns in the province as Benidorm, Altea, Elche, Alcoy in just 30 minutes. Just 25 kms. is Benidorm (you can visit the theme parks.. Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar (Sea Life Centre) is 51 kms Altea, a white village, bohemian, perched on the hills overlooking the sea, 25 kms is Elche , a World Heritage Site by Unesco. In 1 45 hour drive (183 kms.) to Valencia Airport. Other cities because of its proximity and cultural offerings could you be visiting Orihuela, Torrevieja, Cartagena, La Manga del Mar Menor, Caravaca de la Cruz, etc., all south. Besides being close to the mountain, for day trips and enjoy the spectacular views of the Costa Blanca.

I am a very careful guest accommodation and hosted me like the same. The rules are logical respect and coexistence. We just want to make good use of the house as if it were their own. In short, keep house for us to continue offering it in great condition that I deliver it.
Smoking indoors is not allowed, but may do so on the terrace or garden outside enjoying the scenery. Please normal behavior of coexistence with other neighbors, respecting the evening hours of rest, refraining from making noise. Moderation is requested with the level of music. Pets are allowed provided to meet the standards of hygiene and home care; has to come with her bed-pad and overnight on the outside porch. Strictly no climbing on beds or sofas.
