Located in the vibrant and historical Marais district, this amazing apartment will seduce you.
My calendar is always up to date and the flat always ready to welcome you!
Situated on the 3th floor Le Marais old building and antic street with 24/7 secure access, it will allow you to experience and enjoy the Paris’ center way of life ! Dream place for anyone who wants to have a great time in the City of Light…
New & old-time styled, efficient & design-cosy completely renovated one-room apartment, modern & industrial design decorated with typical old wood beam ceilings, very quiet & bright. Everything is new here ! We also tried to find the ideal balance between old-time real estate style and modernity, between ancient Paris touches and contemporary amenities. It will be up to you to experience it and see if we managed it well !T he window opens on a very silent courtyard which is very rare in Paris. You will also be able to enjoy the view on a Church's roofs…
The studio consists of: a nice living-room with top quality sofa bed of modern design (160 cm large with HQ bed base and mattress),many channels and 32 inches flat screen LCD TV, a large wardrobe, of course free Internet Wi-Fi access & “high-tech-latest-fashion” heating system (very efficient as a matter of fact…)- a fully equipped and furnished kitchenette including fridge (with freezer compartment), electrical stove, ventilator, microwave, sink, cupboards, any dishes and cutlery you may need and more.- a bathroom (closing with a sliding door) including shower, washbasin, storage- a restroom.

Central & Charming…
The apartment is located in the very historical heart and center of Paris, LE MARAIS, in the 4th district, 2 minutes away walking from Hôtel de Ville - City Hall and also walking distance from world-renowned museums (Carnavalet, Beaubourg-Pompidou, Louvre, Picasso, Cognac-Jay), fashionable and trendy shops of every type, markets, theaters, cinemas & monuments, top restaurants & bars, hype art galleries, fashion houses and workshops, etc. It’s also less than 10 minutes away on foot from La Place des Vosges, Cathedral of Notre-Dame, Le Quartier Latin, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Île de la Cîté, Bastille, and Saint-Louis Island… Five underground stations (10 minutes) away from Concorde and Madeleine, and seven stations (15 minutes) away from Champs-Elysées.
Le Marais is certainly the most typical neighborhood in Paris, embodied in a lifestyle and a life-quality you won’t be able to experience in other parts of the city.
It actually feels like a village with also every advantage you wish to have in the center of an metropolitan area in terms of culture, food and entertainment.
Centuries of history and architecture will surround you, as Le Marais indeed shows, among many, many other things, a vast number of superb “ Hôtels Particuliers “ (former Paris’ nobility residences in Middle-Age and Renaissance), each one more beautiful and majestic than each other.
The street where the studio is located, Rue Vieille du Temple is a perfect example of “Le Vieux Paris” (old-time Paris) since it goes back to the 13th century (1220 to be exact !) according to the earliest documents mentioning it.La Rue Vieille du Temple is one of the most famous streets in Le Marais, it is cute and very quiet, almost never used by cars and nevertheless full of shops and boutiques. It leads to a most delightful pedestrian place where bars and restaurants with terraces will leave you with almost too much choice…
Another very interesting fact: a lot of shops here in Le Marais are open on Sundays, another Parisian rarity.
You will also have immediate access to the Underground through line number 1 (the yellow one), station Hôtel de Ville and close access to lines number 4, 5, 6, 7, and 14, plus train lines RER A, B and D.
Not to mention buses, since it’s to me a far more pleasant way to discover Paris: Bus lines are very close, as are rental bikes stations “Vélib’”.
5min walking from subway/RER stop Chatelet - Les Halles : direct from/to Roissy Airport and Orly airport
I am quite a good food and fine wine geek and addict, I have to admit… Coming and staying in Paris even for a few days and not behaving like a true Gourmet would be as senseless as not to visit Le Louvre Museum !
So don't hesitate to ask me to share my best addresses in Paris: restaurants (great bargains and legitimately prestigious places), bakeries, pastries, caterers, wine shops, groceries, etc. I can also advise you a few culture and entertainment spots I estimate really worthy of your interest and unfortunately not that famous…
Any question left ?
Don't hesitate to ask !
