This modern groundfloor apartment is very spacious (110m2) and includes a good-sized terrace that can be enjoyed during anytime of the year. The terrace is quiet and is ideal for relaxing, dining and for reading a book. It is very sunny especially in the morning. A gas barbecue, an outdoor dining table and 2 sun loungers (sun beds) are also available for your disposal. The terrace is also useful for drying clothes.
TIt is located at the ground floor level so there are no stairs to manage. The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen/living/dining room equipped with a sofa, 32 " LCD television, WI-FI and DVD. The sofa transforms into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities including electric oven, electric hob, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. All laundry and ironing facilities are provided including automatic washing machine. The apartment has 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite with the main bedroom. There are 2 large bedrooms (one with a king sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 large single beds). Another person can sleep in a good foldaway bed which can be set either in the main bedroom or in the living area. A cot is also available on request.
Thus sleeping arrangement is as follows:
- 2 guests in main bedroom (king sized bed)
- 2 guests in second bedroom (2 spacious single beds)
- 2 guests on double sofa bed
- 1 guest in single folding bed
The apartment is well furbished with modern furniture and equipment. It is kept very clean.
The price includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity. To make your stay more comfortable the apartment also includes basic things such as dishwashing liquid, coffee, tea, sugar and basic toiletries.

THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION WITH QUICK ACCESS TO GZIRA, SLIEMA FERRIES, SLIEMA TOWER ROAD, ST.JULIAN'S AND VALLETTA. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area ensuring a tranquil and safe stay. Yet it is located very close to the promenade - seafront (4 minutes walk).
Sliema is set on a peninsula with two distinct faces. The apartment is strategically located to enable guests visit both faces i.e. Tower Road waterfront with hotels, rocky beaches and lidos and Sliema Ferries waterfront (The Strand) with shops, shopping mall, restaurants, cafeterias and bars overlooking the busy dockside where one can catch several ferries and short cruises. Do not forget the recommended Harbour Cruise (approx. 16 euros). Other nice cruises include Comino & Caves, Marsaxlokk (Sunday Fish Market), Round Malta and Gozo-Comino.
Thus following a short beautiful stroll guests find themselves at Sliema Ferries (8 minutes). One can also walk to Gzira, Manoel Island as well as to Ta Xbiex Yacht Marine. Valletta is only a short drive away so one can quickly find self in Valletta by catching one of the frequent public buses or opt for a coolest way by catching a short ferry trip.
From the apartment one can also walk to the other part of Sliema - Tower Road waterfront - Ballutta Bay (10 minutes) and also head to St. Julian's.
There is plenty to do in the area and moreover Sliema is well connected to other Maltese places of interests.
Sliema is well served with a good public transport network. The bus stops are close to the apartment. There are several buses and direct routes that pass through the area. Route X2 (airport), Route 21 (Valletta), Route 12 (St. Julian's, Splash and Fun in Bahar ic-Caghaq, Bugibba, Valletta), Route 13 (St. Julian's, Valletta), Route 15 (Valletta), Route 225 (Ghajn Tuffieha/Golden Bay), Routes 202 & 203 (Ta` Qali, Rabat, Mdina, Dingli), Route 225 (Mosta, Mgarr, Ghajn Tuffieha/Golden Bay), Route 222 (Splash and Fun at Bahar ic-Caghaq, Mellieha, Mellieha Bay, Gozo Ferry). Apart from public buses one can also quickly (10 minutes) go to Valletta by catching a ferry (1.50 euros one way, 2.80 euros with return).
For guests who rent a car, the apartment does not have a private reserved parking. One can park on nearby roads free of charge. The area is safe.

A very modern apartment, very clean and near to the ferries,.We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed it. The very best for us was the breakfast at the balconi in the morning-sun :)
