There are five double beds and five single beds in the five bedrooms, but for larger parties we can provide additional sofa beds in the living room for a further 5 guests at no extra charge. Hence this property can accomodate easily upto 20 guests with extra advantage where your group of guests can stay all together.
Location can't be beaten - this apartment is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions including Edinburgh Castle, Prince Street shopping, Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, Grassmarket, Old Town area, top theatres (including the Edinburgh International Festival Theatre), world class museums and art galleries etc. Also surrounded by full of great pubs, coffee houses, boutique shops, gymnasiums, cinema complexs and restaurants.

The Castle, Camera Obscura, St Giles Cathedral, Elephant House, and the Whiskey Experience are a mere yards away from the flat. The National Museum, National Art Gallery (and free shuttle bus to the Modern Art Gallery), Old College, and Princes Street are all within a 5 minute walking distance. Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat are both about a 10 minute hike down the road.
The area is surrounded by a variety of excellent cafes, pubs, and dining options, ranging from takeaways to michelin dining.
Additionally, both main nightlife areas of Cowgate and George Street are within walking distance.
Nearly every bus has a stop within a maximum 5 minute walking distance, although many buses are still much closer in few steps from the apartment. Waverley Train Station and Tram to the airport are both just a 10 minutes walk down the hill.
