Set on the shores of the unique hills between Rocca Sinibalda and Turano lake in the southern portion of the province of Rieti, also known as Sabina , which the Ancient Romans inherited from the sabina people who first settled there.
The structure dates back two centuries ago but was recently completely restored and outfitted with select designer and furnishings to the standards of countryside living.
The Casale is on two floors and is composed at the ground floor of an airy living room with an ancient firplace and with a double window onto the panoramic garden , a fully furnished kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with shower . At the first floor there are three panoramic bedrooms : a large master bedroom ( around 30 sqm ) with high ceilings with wooden beams with a double bed , another bedroom with a double bed , a large quadruple bedroom ( around 30 sqm ) with high ceilings with wooden beams and with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower .
The house overlook the impressive Sabina Valley and the private olive grove of two acres .
The surrounding countryside is soft and sloping, contained by forested hillside and the town of Rocca Sinibalda.
Behind the house there is a small standing pool for bathing during the hottest hours and of course there are the outdoor furnishing with sofas , sun chairs , dining table and chairs
The property is gated and entirely private, within few minutes of the town of Rocca Sinibalda , well known for its famous castle.
