SeaTower is a rare and exquisite penthouse in the heart of Istanbul with full view of the Bosphorus Straits.
What is special about SeaTower, apart from its comfort and location, is its theme: a blend of both history and nature.
The décor is from the by-gone eras of elegance and belle époque. Almost your own live-in museum with objects from past centuries.
At SeaTower, you feel and live history and enjoy its breathtaking bird’s-eye view of the Bosphorus Straits. As you do so, seeing boats meander along the Straits between Asia and Europe, you will have replicas of the vessels in your home-away-from-home accommodation.
SeaTower stands at five minutes’ walk both to Istanbul’s main Taksim Square and the vibrant Main Street Istiklal Caddes, as well as all underground metro connections.
It is also five minutes walk to the Bosphorus seashore, where one can take a direct 15-minute tram ride to Istanbul’s historic landmarks such as the Topkapi Palace, Santa Sophia Museum, the Blue Mosque and the Covered Bazaar. Or hop on a ferry for a 10-minute ride to the Asian Continent or a longer one to the splendor ofPrincess Islands.
Also, at SeaTower, some of Istanbul’s best eateries, cafes, bistros and shops will be at your feet.
SearTower penthouse is on the top fifth floor of the building on a quiet dead-end street. Up with an elevator, you enter into a large (160 square-metre) penthouse full of light and a cozy terrace. It offers two full bedrooms, a roomy living-dining-kitchen area and a large collections room for your reading and browsing pleasure. It can accommodate four person (two couples) in privacy and comfort.
At SeaTower, with its vintage décor, the living-dining and bedroom furniture is composed of comfortable replicas from classy seafront palaces of the Ottoman Empire. An extra room is reserved what could be considered a private museum with decorative furniture from the middle of the last century and selected objects from that era. Precious rugs, kilims from Anatolian villages form part of the live-in museum, along with paintings, calligraphy and scripts from the Ottoman Empire.
Fit for a Sultan or Pasha…
Glancing at the stunning sight of the Bosphorus Straits from the terrace, living-dining room or the kitchen, you will have a rare view of the Maiden Tower between Europe and Asia, Istanbul’s glamourous Princess Islands and the Sea of Marmara and enjoy modern comforts in a unique historical and romantic setting.
If the décor is from history, all utilities are new and modern for necessary convenience: a huge fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, natural gas heating and air conditioners, all cooking items, cutlery and chinaware, sheets, duvet covers, towels, hair dryer etc… TV with international channels and Internet connection are also available.
