The place was easily accessible from the subway or the JR lines, from where Tokyo can be explored. The living and sleeping room were separated and there was enough space or beds for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Sadly the pictures are very old or reworked or lightened up, so don't expect a modern place but a rather old flat. Maybe the host should update the photos. Other that this suprise we had a nice stay.

Location is great: very central yet on a quiet street. The flat is a fair bit smaller and less bright than the pictures might lead you to believe.

Great little apartment in great location; close to subway and metro. approx 10mins walk to Harajuku station and the main area. Many local restaurants and shops nearby (less than 5 min walk) so can choose to eat in or out. Nice little touches like toiletries and (new) slippers provided for use by guests. Stayed with 2 other friends, a couple, and the apartment gave us the flexibility we needed. The apartment is small (common in Japan) and it may be a bit of a squeeze for 4 people / 2 couples as its a studio apartment with a divide to give you two rooms (bedroom and kitchen/diner/bedroom) although can fit 2 double beds in the bedroom area.
The only negative was that bathroom area is not heated so very cold in Feb mornings but this is common in Japan from what i have seen. Did have an issue with leaking washing machine on arrival but host was very responsive and got things addresssed very quickly which was great. Mobile WiFi was a bonus as we used it quite often when out and about.
