Romantic Villa apartment with balcony overlooking the park, not to be missed!
Apartment Beatrice is a large studio apartment of 35 sq.m, situated in Impruneta, a small town at the edge of Chianti well know all over Italy for its "terracotta" industry.
It is located on the first floor of a 16th century Villa surrounded by a beautiful park and by olive groves.
In the garden you will find table and chairs and deck chairs to relax in the green.
The Villa is located less than 1 km from the town's main square and there is a bus stop for the nearby city of Florence (12 Km) in front of entrance gate.
Buses pass by in average every 30 minutes and last bus ride in the evening arrives in Impruneta at 8.50 p.m. Buses rides are perfect to go to Florence during the day and come back in the evening and we will give you all timetables.
The studio consists of:
• Room / living room with double bed, dining table with four chairs, kitchenette and washing machine
• Bathroom with shower
• Romantic balcony overlooking the park of the Villa.
Old terracotta floors and high hand decorated ceilings.
All furniture and paintings on the walls are antique and belong to our family collection.

Let us introduce ourselves to you:
We are Perla and Marco. We are married and we live inside the Villa with our two children, Bernardo and Beatrice.
The Villa belongs to our family for many generations, ever since it was built over 500 years ago.
We love this place!
We do our best to make pamper our guests and feel as if they were at home.
On arrival we will welcome you with Florence and Chianti maps, tourist info including museum opening hours, events of the month, guides, buses timetable, etc., home made pastries and a bottle of our production extra-virgin olive oil.
We will also go shopping for you, if you like, so that everything you need is already inside the apartment on arrival.
We can reserve for you museum entrance or personalised guided Florence tours with a professional guide.
On request we can serve you a wine tasting and provide you a good Chianti wine.
If needed we also offer a shuttle service to/from airport/train station.
