This is a freshly renovated apartment in a house that has been through a reconstruction as well. The location cannot be any better. It will take you less than 4 minutes to the Old Town Square and 7-10 minutes to all major sites (on foot).
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
I am very much into interior design so this place is my second attempt to furnish a stylish apartment. I both pictures by some of the greatest Czech Artists (originals by Jiri Komarek, Anderle, Jan Zrzavy and combined them with reproduction of the great Masters such as Picasso and Gustav Klimt. I attempted to chose artist who have lived or been to Prague at some point in their career.
I wanted the apartment to have an air of a lofty, spacious, bright and clear place, so I tried not to overdo it with decoration and furniture. Attention has been paid to small details.
Everything is brand new with regard to the 18th century original (floor, ceiling etc) The ceiling of this apartment is 3.25m.
Clienlines is my nr. 1 priority, therefore, unlike in hotels, I clean pillows, blankets but even mattresses, sofas and carpets regularly with a special water-cleaning method. Upon request, I provide anti-elergic pillows for people sensitive to feathers.
In the vicinity of the apartment all all major sights and all means of transport. A few examples:
Wenceslas Square 4 minutes on foot
The National Thetre 3 minutes on foot
The Old Town Square 4 minutes on foot
Charles Bridge within 10 minutes on foot

Sarah was great. After a bit of a mix up with our Internet we were met by Sarah with the keys. She showed us up to the apartment which was fabulous and better than we expected. Everything was great. Apartment was spacious and clean & had everything you could want. Walking distance to everything. Have already referred this place to others. Would go back in a heartbeat. Loved Prague & the apartment.

Stylish old builing-apartment with well equipped kitchen (tea, salt and pepper... stuff like that). Quite spacy for 2 people.
The location is brilliant - all major sights in walking distance, a big supermarket (in a mall) is only a minute away and there is a mini market that sells soft drinks, beer and chocolate more or less around the clock. The apartment was spotlessly clean as well.
Now some cons:
- no shelves or anything in the bathroom
- the extra bed was very squeaky and had a very soft mattress (the mattresses of the double bed were good, though maybe a bit too "seperate" for two love birds)
- The bathtub is probably not so easy to enter for older people, the rim is quite high.
The construction works indeed were very disturbing. On saturday they woke us at 6, on sunday at 6:30. Even worse was the noise at night. Friday night they used the angle grinder until way past midnight & saturday was party night in some club nearby.
In other words: It could have been perfect.
