No sé a que se refieren con precisión de la....
Cuando alquilé yo había leído un comentario desfavorable sobre el lugar pero no le di importancia. Y, lamentablemente, a mi me ocurrio lo mismo q al señor del comentario.
No recomiendo este piso y tampoco recomendaré 9 flat.

Un vrai problème : dès la réservation sur le site, le responsable me téléphone pour me dire qu'il y a une erreur dans le prix indiqué. C'est plus cher évidemment. Ensuite, je valide des options dont le ménage a notre arrivée (oui il faut payer en plus pour emménager dans un appartement propre) puis des draps dans chaque lit. Malgré des appels téléphoniques et des sms nous attendons une heure à notre arrivée. Finalement il n'y aura qu'une paire de draps pour 2 lits et 2 canapés lits. Les plafonds des salles de bain sont moisis (photos prise à notre arrivée). Pas de Check out contradictoire puisque le responsable ne répond pas a notre demande. 15 jours après notre retour je n'ai toujours pas récupéré ma caution. Le responsable m'accuse concernant l'état des plafonds et nous charge plus de 150£ ! Je suis menacé concernant l'écriture d'eventuels mauvais commentaires sur ce site.
Les jeunes étudiants sont des proies faciles et la barrière de langue est importante.
Ceci est inadmissible...

It was generally difficult to get replies from the host and the representive that was supposed to meet us came very late. Since the appartment was not clean when we arrived, we tried to arrange for cleaning during our stay but this failed. We needed to remiind then twice before the deposit was refunded. We did not feel very welcome and will not stay here again.

It was awfull two of the 3 beds were broken and when I mentioned that Cam told me that I rented an appartement in the shake as it is. i Aldo paid for dubble cleaning one to nine flat wich Cam good me I should not do but instead I should pay him for another cleaning that he recomended. And the flat was not probely cleened. And he called me an idiot over the phone since I didnt want to pay an extra time for the cleaning and the were different payment sto nine flat and in the contract with Cam in hus contract IShould pay 714£ and In ni e flats i payed 832 minus 3% to payPal. And I told him that I had payed 93 £ to much and that Was not his problem. And again he was wery intimidating over the phone and I asked If he could not come by the flat so I could show him but he never showed up.
I dont know who is going to reda this but i sincerely hope that no one ever have to be In the hands of Cam he should learn how to take care of his guest so they feel varmly welcomed.
