1. On arrival at the apartment, the name and passport number of all guests to the apartment must be given.
2. We ask for 300€ refundable diposit.
3. In order to recover the deposit, the apartment must be left in the same conditions as you found it. The damage caused to the building and/or furniture can result in the non-repayment of the deposit.
4. You must be quiet while in the stairs and respect the rest of the neighbors.
5. 25€ will be required in case of loss of sets of keys.
6. The cancelation of the booking won’t be refundable once the reservation made.
7. Damage to the apartment must be notified as soon as possible, in order to calculate its value. In case of not being reported, the deposit will be retained at the time of check out.
8. The person responsible for damage, deterioration or any problems that may occur to the apartment is always the holder of the contract.
9. To respect the rest of the neighbors, you should refrain from making noise from 22.00 to 09.00 hours the following day. The violation of this regulation should result in immediate loss of deposit and anticipated eviction from the apartment.
10. The apartment is fully-equipped with appliances, utensils and furnishings, all of which are available to the guests and you must treat them with utmost care and respect.
