Very new, warm, very close to public transportation and supermarkets and quit because its located at the back yard.

- Kitchen integrated in the living room

The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a double bed (140x 200). The living room has a bed sofa, you can open it easy and will get about "130x200 meter" ..So its good if you come more then two people.

The bathroom has access from both living room and the bedroom.
The Bed room and the Living room is separated through a slide door.
When you move it, you can open both Rooms on each other.

For a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and for snookers, there is a cute balcony with a table, two stairs and some plants

The location is super, you are in 50 meters from the nearest supermarket and at the tram station M4 towards Alexanderplatz. In 3 minutes walking distance train station Greifswalderstr.
The apartment is located in the courtyard with a spacious green area in a quiet side street of "Prenzlauer Berg". Free parking in the street
