This brand new house is nestled in a valley of banana plantations, orange & mandarin orchards and fig trees and is ideal for couples, families or friends that appreciate chic surroundings and quality accommodation.
There is a large supermarket 1 km away but there is also a
mini-market opposite the bus stop which is only 300 meters from the house.
I live on the same street so if you do not hire a car you are more than welcome to join me to shop for your groceries as with three children I inevitably visit the supermarket everyday!
Once you arrive you will be given a list I have complied of the very best things to visit whilst on the island and how to get there. The house has fast Wi-Fi connection so you can download any additional information you may require.
The house is 65 square meters indoors with an additional 70 square meters of gardens, located in a serene expat residential area of Paphos on a dead end street.
The beach is a mere 500 meters stroll away and you also have immediate access to the highway, for easy transfer to airports or other towns.
If you enjoy taking walks by the sea you have 7km of paved pathways leading all the way to the harbour!
The house is fully furnished with towels, sheets, pillows, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, cutlery, crockery, iron, TV, DVD, etc…
There are 2 split units for either AC or Heating – one is in the living room and the other is in the left bedroom.
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a zip link bed that can be made into a king size double or 2 singles. Baby cots are also available. This house comfortably accommodates 4 people.
If desired, daily cleaning service are charged at 20 euro
