Rural apartment, comfortable, cool and with little traffic Asomada is in the municipality of Tias, quiet area with excellent views to the sea and to the island of Fuerteventura.
It is located close to the Timanfaya National Park, near vineyards and plantations of the best local wine cellars canary.
Extensive range of activities including surfing, kitefurf, hang-gliding, rock
climbing, hiking, etc ... The beach is only 10 minutes drive :)
The apartment is 80m2, divided into living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. It is made with natural materials and modern style blend in a rustic atmosphere.
It is fully equipped like your regular home (fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cooking plate, cooking utensils, bedding, towels, etc). No washing machine, but if necessary, you can request a laundry service.
The house is right in the middle of the village of La Asomada, typical Canarian village, where there are supermarkets and cafes a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Addition is about 10 minutes drive from Timanfaya National Park, about 5 minutes drive from the resort town of Puerto del Carmen, and 15 minutes drive from Famara, one of the best beaches in terms of water activity (surf , kitesurfing, windsurfing etc) and relax.
There is public transport, but at certain times of day, so it is convenient to have your own vehicle.
The special feature of the apartment is the tranquility and peace transmitted by its very nature environment and its excellent views to the sea, the island of Lobos and Fuerteventura.
Visitors offseason: There is a fireplace in the living room that works perfectly in the event that you have cold.

Auf Lanzarote kann es im Januar auch mal regnerisch, windig und kühl sein. Dessen bewusst haben wir die Unterkunft mit dem bebilderten offenen Kamin gebucht. Leider war vor Ort kein Brennmaterial!
Die Gastgeberin konnte solches auch nicht besorgen. So blieben wir tagelang gut gekühlt und haben nächtelang in klammfeuchten Betten verbracht - bis der Wettergott wieder freundlicher gestimmt war.
