- It is very quiet, but right in the middle of Budapest.Mat reviewed Central Corvin Apartment 4. in Pest
- The location is superb, tramlines, 2 metro lines, many bus lines and supermarket at < 500 m. Good vietnamese take-away at the next corner.
- The flat has windows only on an inner court. Because it is on the first floor, no sun can reach it and it stays fairly cool even though outside it was 30+ centigrade.
- On the other hand, that also makes the flat somewhat dark, so we used lights a lot, but there are enough lights.
- The bathroom has no separate ventilation, but it is very high, and opens to the room with the front door, which had a high window always open. We had no problem with moisture in the bathroom and laundry did dry quickly (having washing machine is a real plus if you stay longer).
- All windows open to the inner court 1st floor gallery where people can walk, so you should close them when you're not at home.
In short: highly recommended.

The property was exactly as advertised, offering exactly what you need in holiday accommodation. Nothing fancy, clean, adequate cockery and equipment, comfortable sofa, tv and wifi. Excellent restaurant nearby which also does great breakfast. We would stay again.Teresa reviewed Maria 1 - Apartment in Budapest in Pest

It was a perfect apartment located in a calm place. The apartment looked exactly the way it looks on the photos, and had everything we needed in it. The kitchen had everything, but we did not use it very much because there was a good baker across the street. Supermarkets are located close aswell. We liked that it was very calm, we could sit on the balcony without much street noise. Easily reached by metro and other public transport and you can go everywhere. We very much liked it here and we would gladly return.jose reviewed Beautiful Apt. in the Heart of town in Pest

Exploring from your holiday apartment in Pest
Pest is the location for the city zoo and opera. You can enjoy live music in the park in summer and try out your ice skating skills on Europe’s largest open air rink in winter. For a real treat in Pest, you cannot miss the famous Széchenyi spa baths, where the thermal waters get heated to 38 degrees and you can spend a day wallowing in the heat and watching Budapest wander by. If you are looking for a holiday apartment in Budapest where there is some great nightlife, then Pest is a great idea. The city lights up and the huge parliament building provides the backdrop as you sample Pest’s many lively bars and clubs.
An alternative to your holiday accommodation in Pest
Having seen one, you must see the other and a holiday apartment in Buda will let you do just that. The hills of Buda are delightful for a stroll and this more residential area is a comfortable and quieter area to base yourself. The spectacular Buda Castle sits atop the hills and the whole area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Try visiting the soviet memorabilia at Memento Park, or catch the funicular railway up to the National Gallery, which was once the grand palace of Emperor Franz Joseph. This area suffered substantial damage during the last war but has not been painstakingly restored.
