Bonjour, Mes Amis m'appellent Vick comme Victor qui est mon deuxième prénom. Je suis né le 7 Août 1961 à Paris. J'ai étudié à Paris puis aux Etats-Unis, pour finir artisan boulanger à Paris puis enfin gestionnaire immobilier. Recevoir des locataires nous plait Christelle et moi car nous voyageons un peu à travers eux!. Deux passions, la gastronomie, et le jeu de bridge les deux se pratiquent à table.. A bientôt à Paris! Hello, My friends call me Vick as Viktor which is my second forename. I was born in Paris three days after the President Obama, that is Aug 7th 1961. I studied management and accounting in California (Berkeley) and Illinois (Chicago and U of I Champaign). Back in France, I became a baker before ending up as a real estate manager in Paris. I love Paris, hosting is a good opportunity to travel through my Guests! Two passions, french gastronomy, and bridge game, right ways to share some time around a table... See you in Paris!

Tolle Anbindung mit Metro an die City. Parkplatzsituation eng, aber nicht aussichtslos. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war für uns nicht ideal, weil sie sehr hellhörig ist und man abhängig ist vom Verhalten der Bewohner über einem. Als störend empfanden wir, dass man jede Wassernutzung oder Spülung vom 1. und 2. Stock hört. Für Geräuschempfindliche wie uns ist die Wohnung eher nicht geeignet, obwohl das Viertel sehr ruhig ist. Uns fehlte eine Trennung von Schlaf- und Wohnbereich - Paravan hat da nicht ausgereicht. Ist einer wach, sind alle wach. Für Nichtraucher wäre die Wohnung im jetzigen Zustand total in Ordnung, da sie gar nicht nach Rauch riecht. Rauchen allerdings Leute in der Wohnung über einem, zieht doch etwas Rauch in die Wohnung. DVD-Player haben wir nicht gesehen, haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt, bekommt man sicher auf Nachfrage. Wireless Internet super. Geschmackvolle Ausstattung, Bett und Schlafsofa gut in Schuss, gepflegtes Ambiente. Scharfes Messer mitnehmen, nur 1 da

Great site for groups with lot of space! Bright and very comfortable upper flat. Cosy lower flat with various sleeping possibilities.

Vick hat uns sofort bei Ankunft begrüßt und uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alle Fragen ruhig und freundlich beantwortet. Sympathisch und offen.
