Wolfgang 5.0 29-08-2012Die Wohnung liegt erstklassig im aufregenden Stadteil Friedrichshain, man hat trotzdem eine ruhige Bleibe. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice flat, spacious and clean. It is conveniently located at 5 minute walk from the Warschauerstr. S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations and 5-10 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants of Friedrischain. The street and apartment building themselves are a bit isolated so very quiet. The only problem was that the internet is not always working too well which was a problem for me as I had to do a lot of work in the evening.

Excellent location and the host was very helpful.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.
I would definitely stay here again! -

Clean flat; quiet neighbourhood; great location for Friedrichshain bars and restaurants, great location for Airport Express to Schonefeld from Ostbahnhof (regular bus service outside from the door links to Ostbahnhof in a few minutes, or a 10 minute walk)-
Duvet and pillows had a smell of smoke (bed covers, sheets and pillow cases were all clean though!) - not ideal for non-smokers; tiny bench top oven rather than a full oven. -

DIe Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für ein paar nette Tage in Berlin braucht. Neben dem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer gibt es eine kleine gemütliche Wohnküche.

logement trés bien situé dans un quartier très vivant (beaucoup de cafés ,restaurants très bon marché)
l'appartement est très agréable,fonctionnel,bien décoré

Reza ist super nett und die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Er war sehr hilfsbereit - sehr zu empfehlen.

Reza met us on time at the flat, on time to hand over the keys. Communication by text made it easy to organise once we'd arrived in Berlin.

Reza hat mich sehr freundlich begrüßt und mir ein wenig über die Umgebung erzählt. Er ist ein sehr netter Host, bei dem sich Gäste auf jeden Fall wohl fühlen können.
