Apartment was perfectly located and does the job. However it is a little run down and some things could certainly be improved. Living room sofa is in bad shape and one of the mattresses is very noisy. For the price and location it is fine specially cos we didn't spend much time there as we were out most of the time.

Die Wohnung war schmutzig ,voller Bauschut ,Schimmel und Spinnweben. Wir sind nach 3 Tagen ausgezogen weil die Toilette nicht mehr funktionierte und nach ca 5 Anrufen beim Vermieter es niemand für nötig befand zu kommen und die Sache zu reparieren.

-Cleanliness / could be better (student style) and equipment to use to keep the flat clean during the stay should be provided
-Facilities / toilet need to be fastened / no cups or glasses / no television / no radio
All in all is the view and the location of the flat fantastic. I would come back and as well I can just recommend the flat to others.

Great place really close to time square. Heating pipe makes so. Noise but we were ok with it. Thanks for having us, had a great time! Location is amazing.

The flat is fantastically located - but the facility is in a "bad" condition. It was the four uf us, but we had only two glasses in the kitchen. The kitchen was poorly equipped. In the bathroom you hardly have space to put your things or hang the towels - the rail for the towels fell down - so did the curtain rail too. For people that are used "good quality" the flat is equipped too poorly. The view from the flat is fantastic, the WLAN worked quickly and was stable. With a bit of an investment this place could easily come up to a higher standard.

Regarding our stay in Ray’s apartment there several positive – but sorry - also some negative reviews to make.
The apartment was clean and spacious (we were two). The kitchen has all the appliances you need.
The view out of both bedrooms is spectacular. At sunrise, sunset and especially at night we were stunned and spent hours watching the surroundings.
The negative things are actually small ones. The kitchen equipment (glasses, etc.) could be better, e.g. salad bowl, no colander for salad or pasta, no tea towels; place mats would be nice on a glass table.
In the bathroom some hooks for towels are missing and a shelf under the big mirror would be helpful.
One big and one small towel is not very much for 7 days. We were OK just because we had brought our own.
With little money to invest the flat would be transferred into a impeccable place.

For the location, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value. No towels, a warning in the descriptions would have been better. Communication with the host answering questions was very good. Quick-tour and explanation of the flat was a nice touch.

avec vraiment tres peu de frais,l'appartement pourrait etre PARFAIT ,mais rien n'a changé malgre les avis precedents,manque de serviettes,placard delabré,porte serviettes et distributeur papier toilettes cassés,tres ,tres peu de vaisselle,pas de balai ni d'aspirateur,c'est dommage de disposer d'un si beau bel appartement et de ne pas l'entretenir

The place is very simple, but for staying a few nights, ist a great Location. Everything was clean, the air condition was working well, the Sofa in kitchen is not good to sleep on.

Superbe vue, immeuble sécurisé avec concierge, laundry service.Par contre l'appartement manque un peu de soins ( draps, lampes, etc.), équipement minimum ( sèche cheveux deffectueux, peu de vaisselle, pas de balais ou ramassoir, etc...)

me gusto el apartamento lo volveria a alquilar falta solo pasar la aspiradora debajo de las camas pero es perfecto en localizacion y suficiente la cocina no supe encender el horno pero no puedo decir q no funcionara no tenia tapa el inodoro y habia algunos remates con cinta aislante que yo uso tb mucho para todo pero puede dar una imagen algo equivocada pues yo y mi familia nos sentimos muy comodos y contentos y estos detalles no manchan el perfecto equilibrio calidad precio

The views and location are fantastic. WIFI is perfect. We didn't miss a TV but a dishtowel in the kitchen. Only the bathroom (moldy jointing)and the wall closet need some improvement. We would recommend this flat.

Super Lage, leider schmutzig und mit defekten Möbeln ausgestattet. Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht ganz der Wohnung. Auch die Küche ist für 4 Personen ungenügend eingerichtet. Deshalb finden wir den Preis überrissen.

Die Lage war spitze, das Apartment war im19. Stock mit nem tollen Blick über Midtown-Manhattan; nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von Port Authority entfernt. Es war war kein Luxus-Appartment, aber insgesamt war alles perfekt und das Geld auf jeden Fall wert. An Ausstattung fehlte nix.

Please don't take this as criticism only as advice to make international guests more accepting of your place. Mouldy tiles around the bath are not acceptable, no TV even though you gave us free wifi is poor as today everyone likes to watch the news and late night TV to unwind. No iron or ironing board, bed linen not ironed or well presented. Only 1 poor quality pillow each, no top sheet, no mattress protector and 1 towel each for a five day stay, no washing machine or dryer to freshen them.... Very busy intersection as right next to the Lincoln Tunnel exit on 42nd street, but great views across town as shown in pictures. Great kitchen, it could be a great place but you need to put some focus into it as there are much better quality properties at the same price and within the same distance of Times Square.

nous n'avons pas aimé cet appartement ! mauvais équipement de la cuisine ( impossibilité de faire cuire car le réchaud à gaz trop dangereux) pas assez de vaisselle et couverts, saleté en général. chambre avec des canalisations bruyantes, chauffage non réglable, literie douteuse, salle de bain rudimentaire et insalubre : DOMMAGE la photo était trompeuse ... et le quartier en travaux !

Very nice apt, It was changed to Midtown luxury Apt.

Location was good and apartment was cosy. Good to have WIFI but it would have been good to have a TV too. Bathroom could do with a paint.
Beds were comfortable.

The flat is great! Location was perfect, 2 blocks from times square right in the middle of the buzz but a calm flat, we had no issues with noise. Very nice building, with elevators (great when you have a baby buggie)! A lot of restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, etc very close! The flat itself has a lot of space but as the living room was divided to create the third bedroom there is not a lot of living area! It was enough for us i have to say, we were 4 adults and 2 babies. We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen has coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc... Only 4 mugs, 4 small glasses and 4 plates but we worked our way with this pretty well!

We exchanged emails with Ray and Jake helped us onsite, he was always very nice and helpful!

We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Die Lage des Appartments ist perfekt, die Aussicht in der 36. Etage herrlich und die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Leider flackerte das Badezimmerlicht leicht und das Bett im linken Schlafzimmer knackte und war etwas aus den Fugen. Sollte aber schnell repariert sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Eingangsbereich mit Rezeption hieß einen direkt willkommen. Wir würden bei einem neuen New York Besuch bestimmt wieder auf dieses Appartment zurückkommen.

Sehr zentral gelegen und damit gut zu Fuß oder per U-Bahn und Taxi erreichbar. Außerdem handelt es sich um ein Erdgeschossappartment, das gibt es sonst selten in New York City.

+ perfect location, close to main point of interests like Rockefeller Center, Time Square, Central Park, Central Station ..., metro, supermarkets

- equipment in kitchen could have been much better (important for those like us who want to prepare meal on their own)

The bathroom is in a terrible state. The heating is too tiny for the entire apartment. Not worth for the half ot this price!

My mother and I had a very good experience in Ray's appartment: Communication and handover of keys was very easy (Ray's friends were very friendly and helpful.) Small, comfy and completely equipped flat. Location was very convenient, close to everything - yet in a more residential street. Great base to experience the city. We had a very good time.

Beautiful, well appointed modern 2 BR in a classy Theatre District, west doorman high-rise with knock-out views. Easy walk to Times Sq. Great bars and restaraunts.. tourist or hip around the corner.
Ray and his team keep the place perfectly.

The appartment was cleaned up before we arrived, but there were still some dirty parts (kitchen, parts of the bathroom). There is a problem with the shower. However, we enjoyed our stay, perfect location, good price and comfortable small appartment.

Tidy, cozy, well-appointed location in the best part of Hell's Kitchen. Equally near Times Sq and the Theatre District and the bars of 9th and 10 Aves. Busses and several subway lines an easy walk away. In a solid, secure walk-up building in the quiet middle of a side street block.
Ray and his crew keep the place clean and ready.

It was well organized. Clean, good location and very nice people. If i come back, i will repeat for sure.

The apartment is really clean and nice. You are everywhere in a few minutes. We enjoyed our time there.

Un appartement central et très bien situé à 200 mètres de Times Square. Idéal pour atteindre facilement à pied la majorité des attractions telles que Empire State Building, Rockefeller center, Madame Tussauds... Bref, j'ai été totalement satisfait.
