Ciao, Vivo in Italia da tempo, ma ritorno a Bucarest di frequente. Questo è il mio appartamento che ho ristrutturato da poco, e quindi lo rendo disponibile in affitto per periodi concordati. Doug 3.0 27-08-2015We arrived there during a heat wave in Bucharest. and the apartment was extremely hot! There is a bed in the bedroom and a couch bed in the living room. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom but not in the living room. We emailed the hosts to ask them if they had a fan we could use in the living room. They did not respond back until after we had already checked out of the apartment, and they stated that their fan was broken. The living room never cooled down enough to be comfortable for sleeping there. so we ended up having to move the couch bed into the bedroom.
The hosts were not there, as they were out of the country. There is a an older lady living in this same building who manages this apartment for the hosts but she does not speak 1 word of English so it was impossible to communicate with her. The Wi-Fi connection was horrible and we ended up using our cell phone's data network for internet access.

The hosts seem like nice people but they are basically absentee landlords as they are often out of the county. Had they been local, I'm sure they could have purchased a fan. It was a disappointment that they did not respond to our request for a fan until after we had already checked out. In my opinion, you are better off renting an apartment from a host who lives and stays near-by as there is a much better chance that they can respond to any concerns or problems you might be experiencing.
